Duct Dash: Privacy Policy

Duct Dash ("the app") is a free game published by Local Heating & Cooling ("we", "us"). It is supported by advertising from Google AdMob. This policy explains what information is involved and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information ourselves. There are no accounts or sign-in, and we don't run our own analytics or servers. The app saves two small values only on your device: your best score and whether sound is muted. These never leave your device, we can't access them, and deleting the app removes them.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ads using the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), provided by Google LLC. To serve, measure and improve ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process information from your device, including:

• Device identifiers, such as the advertising identifier (IDFA) if you allow tracking, or app-specific identifiers
• Approximate location derived from your IP address (not precise GPS location)
• Advertising data, such as the ads you've seen and whether you tapped them
• Product interaction data, such as app launches and taps
• Diagnostics, such as crash logs and performance data

Ads in the app are limited to content rated suitable for general audiences.

Tracking and your choices

• App Tracking Transparency: before any ads load, iOS asks whether Duct Dash may track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the advertising identifier is not shared and you'll see less personalized ads. The game works exactly the same either way. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• EEA, UK and Switzerland: a consent message from Google's User Messaging Platform asks for your choices about personalized ads and data use. You can review or change them anytime with the privacy (hand) button on the game's start screen.
• Playing offline: the game is fully playable without internet. Ads simply don't load.

Children

Duct Dash is a general-audience game. It is not directed to children and is not part of the App Store Kids category. Ads are restricted to general-audience content. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child's information was processed through the ads in this app, contact us and we will help.

Sharing and selling

We don't sell or share any personal information ourselves. Information collected by Google through the ads SDK is handled as described above and in Google's policies.

Website version

You can also play Duct Dash in a web browser at localheatingcoolingsd.com/ductdash/. Like the app, the website version saves your best score and sound setting only in your browser's local storage; they are never sent to us. The website version may show ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and/or other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info. For details, see How Google uses cookies in advertising. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.
